Anna Amidani
Anna Amidani has a Master Degree in Publishing and Multimedia Communication at the University of Verona, enhanced by study plan integration, training and thesis at the Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences Department, degree course in Multimedia Information Technology, aiming at providing the necessary skills to operate in the areas of software development, management and maintenance of information systems, and developing skills in the following sectors: physical systems, digital devices, software engineering, algorithms, Computer Graphics, AI, databases, web architectures, Operating Systems.
The thesis topics were Vision, Augmented Reality and AI technology industry, with a special focus on new algorithms for dragging synthetic objects on real deformable surfaces).
She started her training working on an online auction and shopping website. Then, since September 2008, she entirely realized and currently maintains the website Alloggio Italiano.
Since the end 2008 she started her collaboration with the association "Innovazione Open Source" (winner of the Ministerial announcement 'Giovani idee cambiano l'Italia'). Here she got in touch with enteprise application like Liferay, Alfresco, Openfire and Zimbra integration and Virtualization technology.
Later she joined Openinnovation s.r.l. in 2009. Here, as main project, she worked on the automating of business processes for Unicredit Group through BPM engines. She achieved a good knowledge of BPMN and BPEL and modelling/implementation techniques, specially on IBM Websphere Process Server (WPS). She also improved her expertise on other enterprise application as IBM Websphere Application Server (WAS), Oracle RDBMS and proprietary UGIS framework like Xframe.
